The development of the food safety management system was the initial step in realizing a long-term plan primarily aimed at customer satisfaction. We conduct annual surveys to identify aspects of the system's operation with which our customers are dissatisfied. We pay great attention to feedback, setting goals based on these insights for our employees and the entire company alike. As a final step, we annually assess the achievement of these goals.

For this reason, particularly to ensure the preliminary and thorough information of our customers and to facilitate their advantageous preparation for purchase, we publish product information on our website, such as nutritional values, ingredients, allergens, usage suggestions, and other logistical data, such as packaging (carton, packaging, etc.), based on specifications or product sheets provided by manufacturers, or according to product labels.
